Dear Priests, Deacons, Religious and Lay Faithful of the Archdiocese of Bulawayo,
“Do not be afraid”. This was the constant assurance of Jesus to His disciples after the resurrection. The message is given to us each time we receive Him in the Holy Eucharist. We have lot of fears and anxieties in our lives, may it be personal, family, work etc. We may be thinking of the evil powers that is around us. Only Jesus can totally remove this anxiety and fear from our lives. This needs our total trust in Him and our unconditional surrender to Him. As Catholics our life is a journey of surrender to Christ each and every moment of our lives. Christ by His resurrection has conquered the whole world including evil and sin. Let us surrender our whole life to Him so that we can be confident of His presence in our personal lives and in our families.
I wish each of you many blessings for a Happy Easter 2018.

“By his resurrection, Jesus Christ has set us free from the slavery of sin and death, and has opened before us the way to eternal life. The Risen Shepherd goes in search of all those lost in the labyrinths of loneliness and marginalization. He comes to meet them through our brothers and sisters who treat them with respect and kindness, and help them to hear his voice, an unforgettable voice, a voice calling them back to friendship with God.”
